Services
Scope, deliverables, timeline and price for every engagement are agreed in writing before work starts. Monthly packages renew each month unless cancelled with 15 days’ notice after the initial term.
Payments
Monthly plans are billed in advance. Automation builds are billed 50% to start and 50% on launch unless agreed otherwise. Advertising spend and third-party usage fees (for example WhatsApp conversation fees or voice minutes) are paid by the client.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the deliverables we create for you: content, workflows, prompts and code built specifically for your business. We may reuse general know-how and non-client-specific components.
Results
We commit to the work, the reporting and the effort. Marketing and sales outcomes depend on many factors, so specific revenue or ranking results are not guaranteed.
